Career 

Worked as a Russian language and literature teacher (1986-1991). In 1990 he was elected secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Belarus. In December 1991 he became the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union of Belarus and remained in that position until 1994.

In 1994 he became a member of the election headquarters of Alexander Lukashenka. After Lukashenka's victory Fiaduta became head of the department of social and political information of the Presidential Administration of Belarus.

In early 1995, he resigned and worked as a journalist of Russian and Belarusian independent newspapers (Belorusskaya Delovaya Gazeta, Moskovskie Novosti, Imia and Narodnaja Volia).

One of the founders of Nashe Mnenie, expert community website of Belarus.
PhD in Philology and author of the book Lukashenka: a Political Biography.

After the 2010 presidential election, worked in the headquarters of presidential candidate Uladzimir Niakliajeŭ and the Tell the Truth campaign, and was arrested. On 20 May 2011 he was sentenced to two years of suspended imprisonment.

In 2014 he left the Tell the Truth campaign.
