From 1982-1986 she worked as an engineer of the company "Integral" and as an engineer of the North Branch of the M. Andreev Acoustics Institute in Severomorsk.
From 1986-2003 she taught physics, became the deputy director of the school, then director, then head of the department of the administration of the Frunzienski district of Minsk.
In 2003-2005 - deputy head of administration of the Leninski district of Minsk.
In 2005-2007 - chairman of the Committee on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of Minsk City Executive Committee.
In 2007 she graduated from the Academy of Public Administration with a degree in state management of social sphere.
Since 2007 she has worked as Deputy, First Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2009-2016 she was Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Belarus.
On 23 June 2010 she was elected chairman of the Social Policy Council under the EurAsEC Integration Committee.
