Worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1994-1996) and later worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the State of Israel (1996-2000).
From 2000 to 2003 - was Head of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Department in the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2003-2005 - Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Poland.
In 2006 he became Chief of the U.S. Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2006 to 2012 - was Chief of the Presidential Foreign Policy Directorate.
From 2012 onwards has worked as Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus on matters of physical education, sport and tourism.
In 2014-2016 he was First Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus (NOC).
