From 1998 onwards he served as Chief Officer, Chief of Staff - Deputy Chief of the missile troops and artillery of the 65th Army Corps, Chief of Staff - Deputy Head of the missile troops and artillery of the North-Western Operational Command.

In 2004 he was appointed Chief of the Missile Forces and Artillery of the Western Operational Command.
In 2009 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence responsible for personnel and the training of troops - Chief of the Defence Staff.

From 2012-2015 - was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus.
Since 2015 - Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, Major-General.
