She worked as a Leading Specialist, then Head of the Office of Public and International Law of the State-Legal Department of the Presidential Administration. In 2001 she was appointed Spokeswoman for Aliaksandr Lukashenka, in 2004 - Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. In 2004-2010 was Deputy, then First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

On January 9th 2009 she was appointed as the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus, a position she held until 28th December 2010. Then she worked as Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus. On October 1st 2014, President Lukashenka issued a Decree removing her from the post.
