Afterwards he held various positions in the Central Committee of Belarusian Republican Youth Union (1995-2000). He headed the State Committee on Youth of the Republic of Belarus. For a few years he was also head of several industrial enterprises and companies in Minsk. From 2007 onwards he worked for the Council of Ministers, from October 2010 - worked as Aide to the Chairman of the Viciebsk Region Executive Committee. In 2011 he was appointed Chairman of the Polack City Executive Committee. In recent years, before being appointed to his current position, he was Chairman of the Saviecki district of Minsk. In 2015-2017 he was Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Chief Inspector for the Viciebsk Region.
