In 1982 - 1987 - operator of control panel, then safety engineer at Navapolack water and sewage enterprise. In 1987-1992 - engineer of production and technical department of Navapolack water and sewage enterprise. In 1992-1995 - engineer of production and technical department of the Polack enterprise Vodakanal. In 1995-2001 - an engineer, acting head, chief engineer of production and technical department of Polack production association of housing and communal services. In 2001-2002 - leading engineer of production and technical department of Housing and communal services of Polack. Since 2002 - Head of the Department of housing and communal services, deputy chairman of Capital Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Polack City Executive Committee. Since November 2007 - Chairman of the Navapolack City Executive Committee. She was elected member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the fifth convocation from the Vciebsk region (nominated by the cities of Polack and Navapolack).

In 2014-2016 she was Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.
