Buzoŭski worked as a social pedagogue and psychologist, head of the department of socio-pedagogical and psychological work of the Centre for Extracurricular Activities of Navahrudak town; second secretary of the Navahrudak District Committee and the assistant secretary of the central committee of the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union; director of the National Youth Centre, director for organisational issues and international activities of the children and youth hockey club Golden Puck; head of the department of public relations, deputy director of the promotion department of the National TV and Radio Company; second secretary of the central committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union; consultant and the main adviser of the Office for Coordination of Ideological Work of the Main Ideological Department of the Presidential Administration.

Was elected first secretary of the central committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. Was a member of the Council of Republic of the fifth convocation. From December 2014 to December 2016 - Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
