From 1981 onwards he worked at the Minsk Production Association of Computer Engineering Techniques (MPOVT) as an Engineer for the Design Bureau of the Minsk Plant of Computer Engineering Techniques (which forms part of the above Minsk Production Association of Computer Engineering Techniques), worked as Head of the Design Bureau of the Minsk Plant of Computer Engineering Techniques, then as Deputy Chief Engineer, then Chief Engineer. Finally, he worked as Marketing and Corporate Maintenance Director of the MPOVT Trade and Commercial Centre.

From 1996 to 2002 – he worked as Director-General of 'MPOVT'. From 2002 until 2015 – he was Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.

On January 27th 2015 was appointed for the posts of the First Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus and Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian section of the Belarus-Venezuela Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
