Head of the Mises Scientific Research Centre and the analytical centre "Strategy" (from February 2002 onwards). From April 2000 - Deputy Chairman of the United Civic Party From January 2009 onwards he worked in a ministerial working group under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Was candidate representing the United Civic Party in the 2010 Belarusian Presidential election.
