Then worked as Head of the Department of the Hrodna Regional Clinical Heart Centre (1995-2001), worked as Head Physician of the Hrodna Regional Clinical Heart Centre (2001-2006).
Then worked as Associate Professor at the Department of Hospital Therapy of the Hrodna State Medical University (2004-2008).
Became Deputy Rector of the Hrodna State Medical University in 2006 and worked until 2009 when he became First Deputy Rector of the Hrodna State Medical University (2009).
In 2015 he was elected a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus.
