Rudy Kiryl

He was Economic Adviser to the Belarusian Embassy in China and worked as the Deputy Director-General of a Belarusian-Chinese company.

At age 23 he finished his postgraduate studies and took a position as Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Finance at the Belarusian State Economic University. At age 33 he became a Doctor of Economic Science.

He studied at the University of Chicago in the United States as a Fulbright fellow. As part of the programme he completed a 4-month fellowship. There he conducted research work focusing on financial stabilisation in former CIS countries.

From 2013-2016 he was Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus on economic issues.
