Sviatloŭ Barys Uladzimiravič

In 1980-1989 worked at the Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and from 1989 to 1994 at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus. In 1994 was head of the Films Department at the Ministry of Culture and the press, and in 1995 the deputy director of the investment company ‘Finance and Assets’.

From 1995 to 1998 he served as the Deputy Director of the Fund for Supporting Belarusian Culture. Over the next six years he worked at the National Press Center.

From 2003 to 2008 he headed the Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship, and from 2008 to 2012 the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.
