Panciuchoŭ Uladzimir Ivanavič

He began his career as an engineer at the Mahilioŭ Plant. He was elected Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Mahilioŭ plant. He worked as an Manager of the Mahilioŭ Regional Trade Union Council, and Manager of the Industry and Transport Department, then Head of the Central District Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus in Mahilioŭ, Head of Department of the Mahilioŭ Committee, and as the Second and then First Secretary of the Central District Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus in Mahilioŭ.

Then he was Deputy Chairman - Head of the Department for the Commission focusing on work with local councils and socio-political organisations of the Mahilioŭ Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus. Then he worked as Deputy Chairman of Foreign Economic Relations at the cooperative "Metallist" and then as the Director of the "Poli-Gran" company (Mahilioŭ).

Afterwards was Chairman of the Mahilioŭ Region Committee for entrepreneurship and investment and Chairman of the Mahilioŭ Council of Deputies. Elected as Deputy and Chairman of the Central District Council of Deputies of Mahilioŭ, then Chairman of the Standing Committee on industry, trade and consumer services of the Mahilioŭ City Council of Deputies.
