Пасада Former Deputy Chairman of the Movement for Freedom Alternative spelling Lahvinets Aliaksandr Ivanavich, Logvinets Ales Ivanovich Арганізацыя Movement for Freedom Кар'ера From 1999 to 2004 Lahviniec worked as senior lecturer of political science at the European Humanities University (EHU) in the French-Belarusian Department of Political Science and European Studies. From August to December 2005 he was a visiting lecturer at Southwestern College (Kansas, USA). From 2006 to 2011, he was a senior lecturer at the European Humanities University in Vilnius (Lithuania). Since 2006 he has been teaching a course titled Integration Processes and Institutions of the European Union at the Belarusian Collegium. He ran for MP of the House of Representatives in 2004 and 2008, and for deputy of Minsk City Council of Deputies in 2007 and 2010. From February 2007 to October 2012 he was advisor to Aliaksandr Milinkievič, chairman of the Movement For Freedom. In 2012-2016 he was deputy chairman of the movement.
