Bandarenka Kanstancin Michajlavič

1969-1971 served in the armed forces of the USSR.
1972-1972 - worked at the Homiel starter engine factory.
1972-1972 - worked at October collective farm.
1972-1976 - student of history at Mahilioŭ State Pedagogical Institute.
1976-1979 - Assistant at the Department of History of the CPSU and Scientific Communism.
1979-1982- PhD student at Belarusian State University.
1982-1985 - senior lecturer in the history of the CPSU and Scientific Communism.
In 1983 he completed his PhD in History.
1985-1991 - Associate Professor, Head of Department of History of the CPSU.
1991-1992 - Associate Professor, Department of Belarusian History and Culture.
1992-1997 - Head of the Department of Russian and Soviet history, from 1997 to 2000 - Head of the Department of Eastern Slavic and Russian history.
2000-2003 - Rector of the Institute of Advanced Training of the Mahilioŭ State University.
2003-present - Rector of Mahilioŭ State University.
