Since 2005 he has been working at the National Library of Belarus. First he worked in the Department of Manuscripts, Incunabula and Rare Editions and then, from 2009-2012, he worked as a Scientific Secretary. From 2012 onwards he was Deputy Director for Research and Publishing. Currently he also teaches at the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts and other universities.
