In 1991-1998 he worked as a researcher at the Department of History and Theory of Culture of the Institute of Culture and Arts of the Academy of Sciences of Lithuania. From 1994 to 1996 - Lecturer at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at Vilnius State University. 1995 - 1996. - Head of the International Programs Center "Strategic initiatives East-West" (Minsk). 1997 - 1999 - Head of the research group at the Center for European Studies at the European Humanities University (Minsk).
In 1998, an employee of the Political Department of Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland). In 1998-2005 - Director of the Center for European Integration of the European Humanities University.
In 2003 - Director of the Center of information resources and communications at Belarusian State University. In 2008-2009 - a representative of the investment fund AIL Structured Finance Ltd. (Switzerland) in Belarus.
