2002-2004 - was Deputy Director of the Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department and then Head of the Monetary Policy Department of the National Bank of Belarus.
2004-2009 - was Deputy Head of the Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department and then Head of the Monetary Policy Department of the National Bank of Belarus again.
2009-2010 - was Deputy Head of the Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department of the National Bank of Belarus.
2010-2013 - was Head of the Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department of the National Bank of Belarus.
2011-2013 - was member of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus.
From April 2013 onwards he has worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus.
