1997-2004 - worked for 'Civil Initiatives', a Homiel regional public association as a Programme Coordinator.
Since 1997 she has been a member of the United Civic Party of Belarus.
1999-2004 - was Chairman of the Homiel regional women's organisation 'Initiative'.
2004-2010 - acted as Executive Director of the Foundation for Local Developmental Assistance.
