He worked in the Komsomol and the 10th Minsk City Clinical Hospital. He was the chief physician of the medical unit, director of the medical centre at Minsk Tractor Plant. Headed the International Medical Association "Health&Beauty" and the Scientific and Production Association ‘Prammedinvest’.

In the early 90's went into business. Now his company Amkador, Spamash group and the MIT group is engaged in the production of road-building and municipal engineering, distribution of road construction, timber, municipal and agricultural machinery and spare parts in Russia and Belarus, and the sale of energy equipment.
