Career 

During 1982-1984 served in the Soviet Army, since 1984 he held positions in the military tribunals. From 1993 to 1997 worked as a judge of the Military Court of Belarus, and in 1997-2006 was a Chairman of the Minsk interpost military court.

In 2006-2009 was a judge and a chairman of the Military Court of Belarus, and from 2009 to 2011 worked as a judge and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court.
