In 1979-1991 worked in state farms, from 1991 to 1998 led the collective farm Belarus in Slutsk District. The next two years was director of the Slutsk Bread Products Plant.

In 1999-2001 led the Maladzechna District Executive Committee, in 2001-2008 was Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Region Executive Committee. Since 2008 he has been General Director of JSC Ahrakambinat Dziarzhynski.
