Worked as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the magazine Fragmenty and translated scientific texts into Belarusian.

In 1998 he graduated from the graduate school at the Belarusian State University, in 2003 from Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences. In 2004 he defended his thesis for PhD in Philosophy. He studies European nationalisms, including Belarusian.

On 18 October 2012 the economic court of Hrodna region charged him with illegal business activities. The investigation concerned extremism allegations of the journal "Arche" .
