In 1993 - 1999 he was the director of the Barysavichy Incomplete High School of Klimavichsky District, then he was appointed as the director of the Secondary School No. 3 of Klimavichy,
in 1999 - 2009 he held various positions in the structures of the State Control Committee,
in 2009 - 2012 he was the head of administration of the Central district of Minsk,
in 2012 - 2016 he was the First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee,
in 2016 - 2018 he was the Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee,
since 2018 he serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus
