In 1989-1992 she was a design engineer at the Central Research Institute of the Minsk Scientific and Production Association "Center Systems". In 1993 she held the post of economist at the Main Computing Center of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

In 1993-1994 - the economist of the first category, the leading economist of the Department of Statistics of Material Resources of State Statistics Committee of Belarus. From 1994 to 2002 she was leading economist, chief economist, Head of the Department of Statistics of Material Resources of the Ministry of Statistics and Analysis of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2002-2006 - Head of the Department of Statistical Planning and Organisation of Statistics of the Ministry of Statistics and Analysis of the Republic of Belarus. From 2006 to 2008 - Deputy Minister of Statistics and Analysis of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2008-2015 she worked as the First Deputy Chairman of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. In 2015-2017 she was Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
