Andrej Bryšcielieŭ graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University, then continued his studies in the graduate school in 2001-2004.

In 2004 - 2005 he was assistant at the Chair of Banking at BSEU. In 2005-2007 was the head of University Centre for Macroeconomic Research. Has PhD in Economics.

He started working in the banking system in 1996 as an economist.

In 2007 - 2011 worked in various departments of the National Bank of Belarus.

In 2011 - 2014 he was the head of the group of advisers to the National Bank. In 2013 - 2014 was a member of the Board of National Bank.

In 2014-2017 he worked as a Chairman of the Board of Paritetbank.
