In 1995-1999 he worked as economist, head of office of project financing of the department of loan and project financing at Belznešecanombank. In 1999-2001 he was head of department and deputy director of the department of loan and investment of the Bank of International Trade and Investment. In 2002-2005 was deputy chairman of the Minsk Transit Bank.
