She worked in the field of financial audit in various private companies, including international corporations. For 6 years she worked as financial director at the Belarus office of Ernst & Young company.

Prior to her appointment to the post of director of the agency she worked as deputy chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and managed a number of projects in the field of marketing and investment.

In 2013-2017 was the director of the National Investment and Privatisation Agency.
