Nieŭhień started his career at MaeSens,a crowdfunding platform for social projects. He later went to work as an art director in the PandaDoc electronic documents service.

After one and a half years at PandaDoc, Neŭhień and partners started their own company called SplitMetrics, which conducts A / B tests. In 2015 he became one of the founders of MSQRD mobile applications, which quickly gained international fame and was sold to Facebook.
