Career 

Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs began in 1987 with the position of Police Officer of the militia regiment responsible for the protection of buildings and facilities. Afterwards he moved to work in the Division of Criminal Investigation.
In 1998 he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Regional Internal Affairs Administration of the Moscow district of Minsk.
Then he was appointed Head of the Partizansk and the Moscow Regional Internal Affairs Administrations.
In 2007 he was appointed First Deputy Chief of Police, Chief of the Criminal Police of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, and a year later was appointed Head of the Criminal Police General Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Belarus Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On December 4th 2009 he was appointed Head of the Police Department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.
Then he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Chief of the Criminal Police Office, Major-General on June 15th 2012.
