From 1994 to 1996 - Lecturer at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at Vilnius State University. 1995 - 1996. - Head of the International Programs Center "Strategic initiatives East-West" (Minsk). 1997 - 1999 - Head of the research group at the Center for European Studies at the European Humanities University (Minsk).
