Since1977 the main livestock specialist at "October " collective farm, then its chairman. From 1987 to 1997 worked as the first deputy chairman of the district executive committee of Kruhlaje district. From 2002 to 2004 - Chairman of the Kiraŭ district Executive Committee, since 2004 - chairman of the Škloŭ Regional Executive Committee of Mahilioŭ region, and since 2008 - Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus of the fourth convocation. First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk regional executive committee since 2010. In 2012-2013 headed the Belarusian Potash Company.
