From 1995 to 2003 he worked at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties in the Babrujsk and Mahilioŭ region.
He was Deputy Head of the Administration of the Leninski district of Babrujsk from 2003 to 2005.
From 2005 to 2010, he was Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Kastryčnicki district of the city of Mahilioŭ.
From June 8th 2010, he was the First Deputy Minister of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus until 27th December 2014 when he was appointed Minister of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus.
